injustice

the rainy days tend to bring out a certain feeling of warmth - a feeling of wanting to stay close to the people who matter to you. it makes you want to just sit beside your bedroom window with soothing music on the background and a cup of hot choco or coffee *hums a cup in hand...*, or read a good book you haven't gone around finishing due to the hustles and bustles that is your life.

but no...

instead i need to get to work... and if by some miracle upper management calls them off, i have karr's book on probability to deal with while my siblings continue to sleep or glue themselves to the computer chair.

*sigh*

signs (?)

i realized something after a talk with one of my christian officemates. it was quite different from the ones i've been hearing, and it really breaks my heart just thinking about it.

#########################

when i got to hear mass at office lunchbreak, the gospel was about total surrender to God's will. i nearly shed tears. nakakahiya lang kasi kasama ko si cate.

#########################

yesterday as i while i was my way home, paula cole's "i don't wanna wait" suddenly played in the background.

...i don't wanna wait, for our lives to be over
i wanna know by now, what will it be?
i don't wanna wait for our lives to be over
will it be yes or will it be sorry...

#########################

if you're taking the north expressway you'd probably notice the goodyear billboard flashing at the balintawak tollgate. it's suppose to flash "GO GO GOODYEAR".
last night, after that dawson's creek them song i looked up and saw this unsolicited advice flashing thought the night sky.

GO, GO, GO...

#########################

i haven't gone reading peyups articles for a while. when i did visit the site, this was the first one that caught me.

#########################

my paranoia's getting the best of me. again. the annoying thing about signs is that they're everywhere, but you really can't rely on them... let's see in a couple of weeks...
